We make wine from the ecological vineyards of the property, according to a wine tradition maintained by the
Castelló family for four hundred years. Our annual production is 12.000 bottles aproximately.
From hand-picked grapes, we handcraft balanced aged and young red wines, rosés and whites.
The wines are made from five varieties: Cabernet sauvignon, Merlot, Garnacha negra, Cariñena and Muscat.
These varieties produce rich and complex wines that express their roots.
Whenever possible, decant aged red wines a few hours before drinking and serve them at room temperature. The aromatic expression will improve and you will be able to appreciate the length and complexity of the tannins at the right temperature.
