DO EMPORDA

Fermented and macerated for 5 days with the skins and subsequent evolution in stainless steel tanks. It is a "brisado" wine, following the tradition of treating a white wine like a red one by fermenting it with the skins.

Hand harvested grapes.

 

Variety: Organic Alexandria Muscat.

Soil: Slate soil, poor in organic matter.

Climate: Mild winters and hot summers. With the influence of the Tramuntana all year round, a dry wind that comes from the north passing through the Albera mountains.

 

Tasting note

View: Very penetrating gold color, with traces of "pósito" that add density.

Aroma: Memories of lemon and lychee. Very pleasant floral aromas of the sweetness of the Muscat.

Mouth: Dry on the palate, it expresses a wide variety of fruits and transmits a soft acidity. It is a full-flavoured wine with an ample finish.

Serve at 12 degrees temperature.
