Fermented 5 days with the skins and subsequent evolution in stainless steel tanks, to create a "white brisat" Muscat that expresses its roots.
Variety: Muscat of Alexandria.
Soil: Slate, poor in organic matter.
View: Very penetrating golden color, with "pòsit" that add density.
Smell: Memories of lemon and lychee. Very pleasant aromas of the sweetness of the Muscat.
Mouth: Dry in the mouth, it expresses very varied fruits and transmits a soft acidity. It's a wine full of flavor with a broad finish. Ideal at 12 degrees of temperature.
