Fermented and macerated 21 days with the skins. It's a young red wine with depth and good aging.

The production of the Zelavi is approximately 2,500 bottles per year.

Hand harvested grapes.

 

Varieties: Organic Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Soil: Slate soil, poor in organic matter.

Climate: Mild winters and hot summers. With the influence of the Tramuntana all year round, a dry wind that comes from the north passing through the Albera mountains.

 

Tasting note

View: Intense purple color with promise of texture.

Aroma: Driven by the typical fruit of the land of Rabós, with a high aromatic concentration dominated by blackcurrant.

Mouth: Fulfills the promise of the nose with a wine with a rich texture. It is full of flavor and finishes generously and persistently.

Serve at 18 degrees temperature.
