Varieties: Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.


The grapes are picked by hand, from old vineyards in Rabós d'Empordà.


Soil: Slate soil poor in organic matter.


The production of the Zelavi is 2,500 bottles per year.


View: Intense purple color with promise of texture.


Aroma: Driven by the typical fruit of the land of Rabós, with a high aromatic concentration dominated by black currant.


Mouth: It fulfills the promise of the nose with a richly textured wine that is full of flavor and finishes generously and persistently.
