Vinario Bronze Award 2019 Rosados

Direct pressing with a traditional wood press to achieve the desired color. Subsequent fermentation without skins in stainless steel tanks.

Hand harvested grapes.

 

Variety: Organic red Garnacha.

Soil: Slate soil with river stones, poor in organic matter.

Climate: Mild winters and hot summers. With the influence of the Tramuntana all year round, a dry wind that comes from the north passing through the Albera mountains.

 

Tasting note

View: Provencal color, bright and seductive.

Aroma: Scented with fresh red fruit.

Mouth: Pleasant, round and silky. With hints of acidity and freshness on the palate.

Serve at a temperature of 10 degrees.
