History: The vines were planted with different grape varieties for centuries for local consumption. At present, the production of the Aluca winery is limited to 3000 bottles per year of manual harvest, exclusively of organic grapes.
Soil: Slate soil, poor in organic matter, low production.
Yield: 20hl / ha.
Fermentation in demi-muid barrels of 500l Allier French. In storage and macerated for 24 days. Malolactic fermentation in demi-muid barrels. Aging in demi-muid barrels for 12 months.
Tasting note: Dense and deep purple-red color. Complex, powerful and pure aromas, with hints of ripe fruit. The structure of the tannins is expressed with subtlety. This richness combined with an elegant freshness promises a great shelf life for this thousandth magnificient.
