Manual harvesting and destemming. Fermentation in terra cotta amphoras with temperature control at 24/25 ºC, using native yeasts from the vineyard itself. Macerated for 10 days and then pressed. Malolactic fermentation in the same amphora and bottled in March 2022. Contains sulphites. No clarification, filtration or correction has been carried out.
Granitoid terrain with superficial sand.
Mild winters and hot summers. With the influence of the Tramuntana all year round, the dry wind that comes from the north passing through the Albera mountains.
The color is deep purple. The aroma is driven by the typical fruits of the Albera, such as blackberries and figs. In the mouth, the ripe fruit makes it a tannic and rich wine. The natural beeswax inside the amphora gives it a sweet and smooth finish.
