Manual harvest and carbonic maceration for 5 days with whole grapes. Destemming, pressing and fermentation in a stainless steel tank with temperature control at 21/22 ºC, using indigenous yeasts from the vineyard itself. Malolactic fermentation in the same tank and bottled in March 2023. No sulphites have been added and no clarification, filtration or correction has been carried out.
Granitoid terrain with superficial sand.
Mild winters and hot summers. With the influence of the Tramuntana all year round, the dry wind that comes from the north passing through the Albera mountains.
The color is intense red. We find strawberry and candied aromas. In the mouth, it expresses a mild acidity mixed with ripe fruit.
