Manual harvesting and destemming. Fermentation in a stainless steel tank with temperature control at 24/25 ºC, using native yeasts from the vineyard itself. Macerated for 10 days and then pressed. Malolactic fermentation in the same tank and bottled in March 2023. No sulphites have been added and no clarification, filtration or correction has been carried out.
Granitoid terrain with superficial sand.
Mild winters and hot summers. With the influence of the Tramuntana all year round, the dry wind that comes from the north passing through the Albera mountains.
It has a deep black/red color. The aroma is driven by fruits such as raspberries and blackberries. In the mouth, the ripe fruit is round and complex and leaves you with a generous finish.
